Overview
Optimize your home and office network to support high-speed remote VPN configurations for enhanced remote work performance with the QMiro-201W AC2200 Wireless Tri-Band Gigabit SD-WAN Mesh Router from QNAP. In addition to supporting 802.11ac Wi-Fi, the QMiro-201W allows you to take advantage of QNAP's Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technology, QuWAN, to establish a secure mesh VPN with devices at multiple sites. With SD-WAN, you can efficiently expand remote working and distributed workforce operations, using the QuWAN Cloud Orchestrator to manage QMiro-201W devices, whether they're in router or access point mode. The QMiro-201W is designed to transfer up to 1267 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies with compatible devices, covering about 2100 square feet, providing smooth video streaming and online experiences. Up to four QMiro-201W devices can be configured to work together as a far-reaching mesh network, communicating with each other over a dedicated 867 Mb/s 5 GHz band, for smooth connections when roaming from room to room.
Tri-Band Network
The QMiro-201W supports features four powerful internal antennas that are designed to transfer up to 2134 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and dual 5 GHz bands when connected with compatible devices.
Mesh Wi-Fi
Configure one QMiro-201W as your router and add up to three more as satellites to create a local mesh Wi-Fi network. A mesh system operates using a single network ID (SSID) and automatically switches you to the device with the strongest signal, providing you with reliable connections as you move from room to room. The router and satellites communicate with each other over a dedicated 5 GHz frequency to give your devices maximum bandwidth.
SD-WAN Technology
QNAP's SD-WAN technology, QuWAN, overcomes the severe bandwidth bottlenecking issues caused by traditional headquarters-centered network infrastructure by automatically establishing a secure large-scale, high-speed mesh VPN at multiple sites via the QuWAN Cloud Orchestrator. The full mesh VPN topology allows home and office networks to seamlessly communicate with each other.
Wired Connections
The QMiro-201W includes one Gigabit WAN port and a Gigabit LAN port, and it can be configured to operate as a router or access point.
USB Sharing
Connect a compatible external storage drive to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 port to share files with all connected devices across the network.
Easy Configuration
Use the QuRouter app to quickly configure and manage your router. You can also use the web-based interface to set up parental controls, block potentially malicious IP addresses, pause device connections, and more.
