Overview
Expand your business's network storage capacity with the exceptionally versatile TVS-h1288X 12-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP. Powered by the QuTS Hero operating system and a 3.3 GHz Intel Xeon W-1250 six-core processor with 16GB ECC DDR4 memory, the TVS-h1288X is designed to reliably and securely transfer and share data across your network to streamline workflows and collaboration. The enclosure includes eight 3.5" and four 2.5" hot-swappable SATA III drive bays, and installed drives can be configured in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60 mode with a hot spare drive. Performance can be further enhanced by installing up to two M.2 2280 or 22110 solid-state cache drives. The TVS-h1288X connects to networks through four 2.5G and two 10G Ethernet ports to optimize the speed and efficiency.
Upgrades such as 25G network adapters and Thunderbolt 3 cards can be installed into the available PCIe 3.0 slots. Other features include 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and Type-C ports alongside an HDMI 1.4b output for connecting compatible peripherals. Your data is secured with integrated AES-NI encryption. The TVS-h1288X supports multiple QNAP SATA III and USB Type-C expansion enclosure models for greater capacity.
Fast NAS Performance
The TVS-h1288X can reach up to 4646 MB/s sequential download and 3651 MB/s sequential upload speeds with eight 6TB hard drives in RAID 5 mode and two 2TB cache SSDS over four 10GbE connections.
4K Media Playback
With 4K media playback and real-time transcoding, you can output videos directly to 4096 x 2160 resolution, 30 Hz monitors through the HDMI 1.4b port.
Versatile Storage
With its 3.3 GHz Intel Xeon W-1250 six-core processor and 16GB of ECC DDR4 memory, you can use the TVS-h1288X NAS for data backups, sharing, configuring virtual machines, and more.
QuTS Hero
The QuTS Hero operating system supports a wide variety of features such as self-healing data integerity, enhanced storage efficiency, antiwear leveling to expand the lifespan of drives, and more to enhance storage performance.
Real-time SnapSync Support
With the real-time SnapSync feature, both the primary and secondary NAS maintain identical data. If the primary NAS goes offline, IT administrators can adjust the settings of the secondary NAS to help ensure minimal interruptions to operations.
