C2 Computer FAQ — Buying, Warranty, Delivery and Enterprise IT Procurement

Question 1

How do I place an order at C2 Computer?

Accepted Answer

Browse the online store, add items to your cart and check out. For bulk or configured systems, message us on WhatsApp and our team will handle the order for you.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard orders are paid through the website checkout. Enterprise and bulk orders are quoted first and paid against our official invoice; the available payment options are confirmed together with your quotation.

Question 3

Do you provide official quotations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Submit your requirement through the Enterprise Product Quotations page and our target is to reply within 24 hours with a quotation and BOM.

Question 4

Do you sell to individuals as well as companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both consumer and corporate customers can buy from the online store. Device protection differs by product type: new products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, while used and refurbished equipment includes C2 ECO CARE Lite.

Question 5

What do the labels New, Used and Refurbished mean?

Accepted Answer

| New is brand new, including parallel-import items. | Used is second-hand as taken out of service. | Refurbished is C2 Computer certified refurbished, tested, cleaned and re-certified.

Question 6

Where do the second-hand machines come from?

Accepted Answer

Principally enterprise lease returns, decommissioned corporate fleets and financial institution equipment lists. Source documentation is available on request; we do not purchase consumer trade-ins of unknown origin.

Question 7

How are machines graded?

Accepted Answer

Grade A: near-new appearance, battery health 95% or above. Grade B: light signs of use, battery health 85-94%. Grade C: visible scratches or minor dents, battery health 75-84%. A health report is supplied where available and can be requested before dispatch.

Question 8

Is the operating system licensed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Machines are supplied with a genuine Windows Pro licence. On refurbished units this is either the original OEM licence that remains with that device, or a newly supplied licence key, handled in line with Microsoft's refurbishment and licensing requirements. Apple machines are wiped and pre-loaded with the latest macOS.

Question 9

Is the previous user's data erased?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Drives are securely erased to a recognised standard (NIST 800-88), with a data wipe certificate available on request.

Question 10

What warranty is included with my purchase?

Accepted Answer

All C2 Computer certified refurbished and used equipment comes with C2 ECO CARE Lite as standard: carry-in hardware protection at no additional charge for 6 months from the purchase date, covering the motherboard, SSD, RAM, keyboard and screen (3 months for the battery). New products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Question 11

What is C2 ECO CARE?

Accepted Answer

A maintenance service in three tiers: Lite (6-month carry-in protection, included by default on used and refurbished equipment), advance (1-3 years hardware protection with on-site maintenance) and elite (1-3 years hardware and software support under an agreed SLA, with remote and telephone support included).

Question 12

Accepted Answer

Yes. The battery warranty is extendable to 12 months, and C2 ECO CARE advance / elite extend hardware cover up to 3 years with on-site service.

Question 13
